This one really throws the gauntlet down for future submissions. This is also a testament to just how bad-ass Baltimore is and why I love my city. I mean come on, we have a junkie passed out in broad daylight backwards on a planter where his feet literally are dangling in the air. In any other city this guy would have a crowd of people around him as they wait for the ambulance, but in Baltimore we’d just plant new flowers around him and call it a day.
