‘One person crime spree’ in Milwaukie ends in multiple charges
“Mark David Siebenmorgen, 46, is being held in the Clackamas County Jail, with bail set at $75,000. He was arraigned Wednesday in Clackamas County Circuit Court on charges of assault, menacing, harassment and criminal mischief.
Officer Ulli Neitch, Milwaukie police spokeswoman, said a man shoved another man to the ground without warning at the downtown Milwaukie bus mall around 9:35 p.m. Oct. 21.
Twenty minutes later, a man was reported flailing his arms and flexing his muscles as he jumped on the hood of a car parked near St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Southeast 25th Avenue and Washington Street — while a driver was behind the wheel. The man kicked and shattered the windshield before running away.
At 10:26 p.m., a man burst from the bushes and confronted a woman behind Milwaukie Market Place, 108 S.E. Oak St. As the woman walked away, the man threw rocks at her, striking her in the neck.”
